VMP is hiring an RN Supervisor!
Assume responsibility for coordinating nursing personnel to assure optimal delivery of nursing care to residents on a shift, implementing administrative responsibilities, activities, policies, and procedures for the skilled nursing facility while working within their scope of practice and licensure.
Supervises 15 to 30 employees in the Nursing Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. The supervisor is responsible to notify administrator and D.O.N. and social services via group text message of any and all incidents, accidents, allegations and resident concerns.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. RN license is required.
