Support

Our staff receives support from our onsite rehabilitation department and medical clinic to provide quality care to our residents.  We also offer excellent resident to staff ratios.  All new staff receive a thorough, individualized orientation program.  In addition, we offer an Employee Assistance Program to help staff & their families address a wide range of issues they may be facing.

Compensation and Benefit Plan

VMP offers a full cafeteria benefits plan for staff working 20 or more hours per week.  Within this plan, staff are provided a base benefits package along with the ability to purchase additional benefits based on individual need. You determine the amount of your paycheck based on personal benefit choices.

 

Our current base benefits package includes the following:

Life Insurance - $15,000 of Term Life
Short-term Disability Insurance
Paid Time Off - 10 days/year for a 40 hour per week employee, 8 days/year for a 30 hour per week employee and 6 days/year for a 20 hour a week employee
Retirement Plan – You may contribute at any time after you begin employment. You are eligible for an employer match after one year
Flexible Spending Accounts (Medical, Dependent Care, and Individual Premium)

Funeral Pay
Tuition Reimbursement after 12 months
