Skilled Nursing

It may be hard to imagine needing skilled nursing care, but there may come a time when you or a loved one needs 24-hour care. In addition to short-term needs for a period of respite or rehabilitation, The Manor Park's Health Center on the West Allis campus and our Trinity Health Center, offer long-term care for people who can no longer care for themselves.

We offer compassionate, high-quality healthcare - skilled medical and custodial care - 24 hours a day in a comfortable, safe, home-like environment.

Our intent is to help each resident achieve the highest level of independence that is possible within our continuum care community. To meet this objective an interdisciplinary treatment team of a case manager, social worker, psychologist, occupational, speech and physical therapists, music and recreational therapists, chaplain, dietician and pharmacist work together to develop and maintain each individual's care plan. Our Chapel, medical clinic, gift shop, activity areas and hair salons are conveniently located for residents, all under one roof.

VMP provides the following types of expert care and services:

•Dementia Care (No separate unit, patients are integrated throughout the facility.)
•IV Therapy
•Pain Management
•Wound and Skin Care
•Respiratory Therapy
•Parenteral and Enteral and Nutrition
•Long-Term Ventilator Care
•Hospice Care available on-site
•Full time chaplaincy program to provide residents and their families with counseling and spiritual support as needed.
