What is Asahi?

Asahi is a very gentle, safe, and effective form of health exercise developed in Finland. Asahi’s main goal is to promote health, functionality, and general well-being for as long as possible. By practicing you can improve muscle tone, nerve and metabolic activity, and your state of mind. Click here to watch an Asahi demonstration.
